Concentration Curls

Concentration curls isolate the biceps for enhanced definition.


How to perform:

  1. Sit on a bench with the back of your upper arm pressing on the inside of your thigh, holding a dumbbell.
  2. Slowly curl the dumbbell upward, focusing on the contraction.
  3. Lower the dumbbell back down under control.


    Tips: Move only the forearm for strict isolation.
