Pull-ups

Pull-ups are a classic bodyweight exercise that builds upper body strength, focusing on the back, shoulders, and arms.

How to perform:

  1. Grip a pull-up bar with your palms facing away from you (overhand grip) and your hands shoulder-width apart.
  2. Start in a dead hang position with your arms fully extended and your body straight.
  3. Pull yourself up until your chin is above the bar.
  4. Lower yourself slowly back to the starting position.
