Triceps Pushdown

The triceps pushdown effectively isolates the triceps for strength and definition.


How to perform:

  1. Attach a straight or V-bar to a high pulley.
  2. Stand upright and grab the bar with an overhand grip.
  3. Keep your elbows close to your torso and push the bar down until your arms are fully extended.
  4. Slowly return to the starting position.


    Tips: Avoid moving your elbows forward to ensure proper isolation.
    Use an underhand grip on a straight bar to hit the triceps from a different angle.
