Beef and Bean Chili – Instructions

  1. Cook the beef
    Heat olive oil in a pot, add ground beef and cook until browned.
  2. Add vegetables
    Add onion and garlic, cook for 2–3 minutes.
  3. Add remaining ingredients
    Stir in tomatoes, beans, and spices.
  4. Simmer
    Let it cook on low heat for 20–30 minutes.
  5. Serve
    Serve hot. Optional: add a side of rice.
