Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C
  2. Prepare potatoes
    Toss potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Bake for 20 minutes.
  3. Add salmon
    Place salmon on tray, add garlic, lemon juice, and oregano.
  4. Bake
    Cook for another 12–15 minutes.
  5. Serve
    Serve hot with extra lemon if desired.
