Shakshuka with Ground Beef – Ingredients (Serves 1)


Instructions

  1. Cook the beef
    Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the ground beef until browned.
  2. Add onion & garlic
    Cook for 2–3 minutes until softened.
  3. Add tomato sauce
    Stir in tomato sauce and spices. Let simmer for 5–10 minutes.
  4. Add eggs
    Make small spaces and crack eggs into the sauce.
  5. Cook eggs
    Cover and cook until eggs reach desired doneness.
  6. Serve
    Serve hot with bread or on its own.
