Barbell Curl

The barbell curl is a fundamental exercise for building biceps mass and strength.


How to perform:

  1. Stand upright holding a barbell with an underhand grip (palms up), shoulder-width apart.
  2. Keep your elbows close to your torso and curl the barbell up while exhaling.
  3. Lower the barbell back down slowly while inhaling.


    Tips: Avoid swinging your body or using momentum for better isolation.
