Dumbbell Row

The Dumbbell Row is a unilateral exercise targeting the lats and fixing muscle imbalances.
Instructions:
- Set Up: Place one knee and hand on a bench, keeping your back flat. Hold a dumbbell in your other hand.
- Row the Dumbbell: Pull the dumbbell towards your hip, squeezing your back muscles.
- Lower the Weight: Return the dumbbell to the starting position slowly.
- Switch Sides: Repeat for the opposite side.
Tips:
- Keep your torso parallel to the ground.
- Avoid twisting your torso during the lift.
