Cable crossovers are a versatile exercise that allows you to hit your chest from different angles using a cable machine.

How to Perform Cable Crossovers:
- Set the Cables:
- Set the cable machine’s pulleys to the highest position.
- Stand with one foot forward, grab the cable handles with both hands, and step forward slightly.
- Begin the Movement:
- With elbows slightly bent, pull the cables downward in a wide arc, bringing your hands together in front of your chest.
- Squeeze your chest as you bring the cables together.
- Return Slowly:
- Slowly release the tension and return your hands back to the starting position with control.
