Twisting Crunch

The twisting crunch is an advanced variation of the crunch that targets the obliques.

How to perform:

  1. Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor.
  2. Place your hands behind your head for support.
  3. Lift your upper body and twist to one side, bringing one shoulder toward the opposite knee.
  4. Lower back to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
