Arnold press

The Arnold press, named after Arnold Schwarzenegger, is a variation of the shoulder press that targets all three heads of the deltoid muscle.

How to Perform the Arnold Press:

  1. Starting Position: Sit on a bench with a dumbbell in each hand. Hold the dumbbells at shoulder height, palms facing your body.
  2. Press and Rotate: As you press the dumbbells upward, rotate your wrists so your palms face forward at the top.
  3. Lower the Dumbbells: Reverse the motion, bringing the dumbbells back to the starting position.
