Cable Hammer Curls

The Cable Hammer Curls variation targets the brachialis.


How to perform:

  1. Attach a rope to a low pulley and grab it with a neutral grip (palms facing each other).
  2. Stand upright and curl the rope upward, keeping your elbows fixed.
  3. Slowly return to the starting position.


    Tips: Pull the rope handles apart at the top for a stronger contraction.
