High-Protein Beef and Bean Chili (50g Protein)
Beef and Bean Chili – Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 300g ground beef
- 1 cup cooked beans (kidney or white beans)
- 1 can chopped tomatoes (400g)
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp chili powder (optional)
- Salt & pepper
Beef and Bean Chili – Instructions
- Cook the beef
Heat olive oil in a pot, add ground beef and cook until browned.
- Add vegetables
Add onion and garlic, cook for 2–3 minutes.
- Add remaining ingredients
Stir in tomatoes, beans, and spices.
- Simmer
Let it cook on low heat for 20–30 minutes.
- Serve
Serve hot. Optional: add a side of rice.
