- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 small onion (sliced)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 10–12 olives
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp oregano
- Salt and pepper
Mediterranean Baked Chicken – Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C
- Prepare ingredients
Place the chicken in a baking dish. Add vegetables and olives around it.
