Chicken and Yogurt Protein Pasta – Ingredients (Serves 1)
- 150g chicken breast
- 75g dry whole grain pasta
- 100g Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- Salt & pepper
- Optional: spinach or mushrooms
Instructions
- Cook pasta
Boil pasta according to instructions.
- Cook chicken
Cut chicken into pieces and cook in olive oil until done.
- Prepare sauce
Lower heat, add garlic, then mix in yogurt (do not overheat to avoid curdling).
- Combine
Add cooked pasta and mix well.
- Serve
Add black pepper and optional vegetables.
