Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C
  2. Prepare peppers
    Cut tops and remove seeds.
  3. Cook filling
    Cook turkey with onion and spices, then add spinach and rice.
  4. Stuff peppers
    Fill peppers with mixture.
  5. Bake
    Place in oven for 25–30 minutes.
  6. Serve
    Serve warm.
