Barbell Squats

Barbell Squats

Barbell Squats are the ultimate compound movement for building strength and size in your lower body.

How to perform:

  1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, toes slightly outward.
  2. Hold a barbell on your shoulders or keep your arms crossed in front.
  3. Lower your body by bending your knees and hips until your thighs are parallel to the floor.
  4. Push through your heels to return to the starting position.

Tips: Keep your back straight and avoid letting your knees go past your toes.
