Barbell Squats

Barbell Squats are the ultimate compound movement for building strength and size in your lower body.
How to perform:
- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, toes slightly outward.
- Hold a barbell on your shoulders or keep your arms crossed in front.
- Lower your body by bending your knees and hips until your thighs are parallel to the floor.
- Push through your heels to return to the starting position.
Tips: Keep your back straight and avoid letting your knees go past your toes.
