Chicken and Vegetable Rice Pilaf – Ingredients (Serves 2)


Instructions

  1. Cook chicken
    Cut and cook chicken in a pot with olive oil.
  2. Add vegetables
    Add onion, carrot, and peas. Cook for 3–4 minutes.
  3. Add rice
    Stir in rice and mix well.
  4. Add water
    Add 2 cups water, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cook
    Cover and cook on low heat for 15–20 minutes.
  6. Serve
    Fluff and serve warm.
