Chicken and Vegetable Rice Pilaf – Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 250g chicken breast
- 1 cup rice
- 1 carrot (chopped)
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1 small onion
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, pepper
Instructions
- Cook chicken
Cut and cook chicken in a pot with olive oil. - Add vegetables
Add onion, carrot, and peas. Cook for 3–4 minutes. - Add rice
Stir in rice and mix well. - Add water
Add 2 cups water, salt, and pepper. - Cook
Cover and cook on low heat for 15–20 minutes. - Serve
Fluff and serve warm.
