Chicken and Lentil Stew – Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 250g chicken breast
- 1 cup lentils
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 onion
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, pepper, paprika
Instructions
- Cook chicken
Cut chicken and cook in a pot with olive oil. - Add vegetables
Add onion and carrot, cook for 3–4 minutes. - Add lentils & water
Add lentils and 3 cups water. - Simmer
Cook for 25–30 minutes until lentils are soft. - Serve
Serve warm.
